Bryce is an excellent agent Bryce is very responsive, works around the clock, responds to my calls and texts late at night and on weekends. He is extremely hardworking and diligent. The real estate market is very competitive now, many homes get sold in 4 days, so that requires an agent to book a showing quickly and send out an offer quickly. Bryce always booked a showing the next day, or the same day, and was writing offers late at night to meet the tight deadline. He has strong people skills, can manage to figure out what other sellers offered. This was very helpful, as I did not need to overpay in order to be competitive. He is patient too, answered numerous questions I had and showed me numerous homes. I really appreciate his hardwork.
